Project Information
On 28 October 2009, METALODLEW SA entered into Agreement No. UDA-POIG.04.04.00-12-006/09-00 for co-financing of the Project called "Commissioning of a new production line for the manufacturing of high-quality iron castings with increased quality parameters” with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
The Project will be co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under Measure 4.4. New investments of high innovative potential and Priority Axis 4: Investments in innovative undertakings of the Operating Programme Innovative Economy 2007-2013.
The basic Project objectives are as follows:
- commissioning of a state-of-the-art complex production line enabling manufacturing of unit large-size iron castings, consisting of an induction melting plant, positions for knocking out and regeneration of the used-up material, positions for cleaning of casts and a numerically controlled treatment centre,
- cast quality improvement and reducing of the costs of cast manufacturing by purchasing of a system for computer development of whole engineering projects for large-weight casts,
- decreasing energy and material consumption of the cast making process,
- limiting of the Company's negative influence upon the natural environment.

From June 8 to June 11, 2010, in the exhibition halls of the International Poznan Fairs the next edition of ITM Poland – the fairs of modern technology for industry – took place.
Metalodlew sponsors the band Treetops
The band Treetops was formed in 2004. It plays instrumental ArtRock.
Metalodlew SA - Mister Of Export 2008
Krakow’s foundry Metalodlew SA was awarded the main prize in the Mister and Junior of Export contest organized by the National Chamber of Commerce with the participation of the Poznań International Fair and the Rynki Zagraniczne weekly, under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy.
