Heat treatment
Heat treatment of castings is performed in one of the three computer-controlled furnaces, depending on the grade of material and requirements of the client. Maximum dimensions of the elements undergoing heat treatment are 5.8 x 3.1 x 1.8 m. All the process diagrams are archived.
Mechanical working
We offer, depending on the requirements of the client, coarse and finishing mechanical working.The newly opened Machining Division is equipped with a numerically controlled driller—miller (CNC), two turning and boring lathes and a borer.
Paint shop
A tunnel paint shop is used for applying varnish coats, ensures the high quality of multilayer coating and maximum shortening of the process.
