OTTO JUNKER

  • Crucible volume: 2 x 12 tons
  • Melting efficiency: 11,7 tons per hour
  • Temperature of melting iron: to 1520°C
  • Possibility to melt iron in one crucible and in the same time keeping the temperature of melted iron in the second crucible.
  • Cloced non-glicolic water cooling system of the furnace, „water-air” type using cooler ventilators

  • vibrating grate dimension: 5 x 5 m

  • maximal load capacity: up to 50 tons

  • regeneration efficiency: 15-20 tons/hour

  • maximal recycle of 95% quartz sand from used forms.

  • closed water cooling system of the regenerator „water-air” type using cooler ventilator and the cooling unit
